This shall end with me the self anointed chain breaker!

THE RULES: List five songs that you currently love. It doesn't matter what genre they are from, whether they have words, or even if they're any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying right now.Post these instructions, the artists, and the songs in your Xanga (?). Then tag five other Xanga (?) friends to see what they're listening to.

1.) Alanis Morrisette - Head over feet (acoustic version)
2.) Billy Corgan - To Love Somebody
3.) Pete Murray - So Beautiful
4.) Louis Armstrong - What a Wonderful World
5.) Emiliana Torrini - Sunny road

Been tagged by Cheryl so here you go the list of songs I really enjoy right now. The list does look a little too "happy" don't you think? Some songs are real old but hey, good song writing is still good song writing. They transcends time.

Attended Search for a Star where Meiyan was performing. Met up with Nathan, Sandra and pint sized "Mic-Mac" for a night filled with solid performances and some... er... 1/2 past 6 ones...

Meiyan as usual was great doing up the decorations for the backdrop and stage; glaming up a pretty dull stage. Her performance as an overbearing mother is top notch! (Sooooo unlike her cheerful happy-go-lucky self.) Don't be put off by her ghostly complexion! It is just her stage make up contrasted by my "chao tah" complexion.

Earth Dance was awesome! Excellent vibes all over, over aged hippies with underaged children partying in the forest under a full moon. Madness. Oh yeah, and a fluffy Duracell Bunny to boot!

Last weekend was fantastic as well. Spent some time with my grandparents at Araluen checking out the wild flowers. Bumped into some familiar faces and one snide mother fucker who shall remain faceless lest he ruins the lovely photos to come.

Grandma on a tree throne.... how trippy! More purty flowers!

Just a quick one.

EGADS!!!!!

I'm SOOOOOO going for EARTHDANCE!!!! THIS SATURDAY!!!!!!

Official Website

Earthdance, the Global Dance Festival for Peace has grown to become the world's largest simultaneous music and dance event. Founded in 1997, with 22 cities and 18 countries participating, Earthdance has grown to over 150 cities in 50 countries participating in 2004, with locations ranging from the club-lands of New York to the rainforests of Brazil.  Every year, in alignment with the International Day of Peace, over 200,000 people unite in dance with hundreds of thousands more joining online in support of global peace and humanitarian aims.

The defining moment of each Earthdance event is a synchronized link-up,  (4pm Pacifc Standard Time) when every event around the world plays a specially produced song called "The Prayer for Peace" at exactly the same time.

Earthdance has been described by the music industry as the "Dance Aid" for the new millennium. The aim of the event is to bring together global communities to create a synchronized global festival and dance event to help fund humanitarian causes and develop an environment of peace throughout the global community.

Earthdance is a non-political event and is organized by Earthdance International, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.

Right... Time for an update. Before we begin, imagine driving in 2D with no perception of time, speed, magnitude, colour and direction. Can't? Stuff that dreams are made of.

Photos to come are from my trip over to Sydney and Melbourne for a bit a of work and catching up with some friends about 2 weeks back.

On my way to work

Heading to Manly Beach

Michelle called and said that it was too nice a day to be going to school so off we went! Lovely beach area but I much rather Cottlesloe. WESTSIDE!

What a slutty looking koala!

Some pizza to supplement our alcohol based diets...*yum*

Next up! Melbourne!

Me mom.

Screw school! More beers please.

Met up with Ronald and Wesley after the longest time. Had to catch up in a hurry and there ain't no better way than to let the locals lick the way.

Went to St. Kilda's to pick up some yummy organic burgers and wedges before checking out the grafitti in the back lanes. Purty colours!

<<Humpty Dumpty                       Twiddledee & Twiddledum>>

Next up! PUBCRAWL! Obviously we weren't trying to hard cause we could only manage a pub stumble.

Next day we dragged our sorry asses out of bed to head to the races to catch my uncle's horse, Red Dazzler, in action @ Flemington.

Came in fourth when everyone tipped it to win. Shin sore is a bitch...

Look at that cheeky thing! Insanely darling.

Next up, Philip Island! Home of the Philip Island Grand Prix Circuit! I'm soooo gonna have to get tickets for the finals next year. AKU SUMPA!!!

The nobbies. Gorgeous place.

Then off to the World Famous Penguin Parade! Worth every cent. Photography and videos weren't allowed during the parade but here's a pic I took while within the main building.

Good visit over east. I gotta get my ass over there...

If you remember, sometime last year I had an entry regarding the PayPal Litigation Class action suit.

Not wanting to miss out on possibly the only chance in my life to sue a major international company for the cost of a stamp and a letter, I quickly filled out the relevant forms and mailed it off.

Who said nothing in life comes for free?

Reminder to Siow: Oei dude! You probably forgot but you filled one out as well.
